Empower U

Empower U is a 12-week hybrid cohort program focused on crime prevention through wellness, education, and community engagement. The program supports parents, caregivers, youth, and the broader community by addressing root causes of harm before crisis occurs. Using a combination of in-person workshops and online learning, Empower U equips participants with the tools needed to strengthen relationships, improve emotional regulation, and foster safer, more connected communities.
